We work very closely with each customer to enable us to propose the most appropriate systems for any projects taking place whether this be routine maintenance or repairs. We offer 24-hr emergency callouts with a 4-hour response time where required.
Each Client is different and has different requirements of us, so communication is key. We always work and liaise very closely with the customer and pride ourselves on organisation and documentation which the customer is always very appreciative of.

Liquid supply for roof, gutters, anti-slip walkways and carparks

The BBA and ETA certified Triflex ProTect is an ultra versatile, highly durable roof waterproofing solution, suitable for both refurbishment and new-build, and is compatible with almost all roof build-ups and existing substrates, including single ply. With a long term proven track record and the highest levels of certification and testing, Triflex ProTect sets the standard for roof waterproofing. The system can also be used for general repairs.

General maintenance, repairs, roof investigations and diagnostics

We provide general maintenance which includes roof cleans, gutter cleans, repairs and whilst carrying out any repairs or maintenance on a roof we carry out a full roof survey/investigation and supply a report of our findings.

Roof investigations and diagnostics

Whilst on site carrying out maintenance or repairs we survey a roof and report any findings back to the customer however we can also simply carry out a roof investigation and supply a report with our findings

Cladding replacement and repairs

We offer cladding repairs as well as replacement. With cladding repairs we match to the existing material as near as possible, usually by having the material manufactured.

Kingsman composite roof systems

The Kingspan range of insulated roof panels comprise of a wide variety of low maintenance roofing options with superior thermal performance and fire rating. Kingspan offers specialist insulated panels.

Profile steel strip and renew systems

We strip existing roof and re fit with double skin which includes liner, insulation and top sheet or there are insulated panels for example Kingspan.

Asbestos roof repairs

We carry out repairs, maintenance or removal of asbestos roofs, we are qualified and have the training cards to work with asbestos correctly.

GRP roof lights

GRP roof lights are a superb way of bringing natural daylight into your building creating a much better working space and reducing on electricity costs. They allow 92% light transmission through the sheets and can be used to cover the whole roof or used in conjunction with roof sheets.

Unifold is an EDPM gutter lining system that is designed for the refurbishment and repair of leaking gutters in large commercial and industrial buildings

Various flat roof built up felt systems

A built up felt roof is an established method of weather proofing roofs, normally flat roofs, by using more than one layer of bituminous roofing felt which is bonded to the previous layer.

Installation of a man-safe system and yearly testing

A man safe system essentially a fixed anchor point or a line system that is installed on the rooftop. The user is attached to the system using a fall arrest system which protects them in the event that they should fall. We offer installation and yearly testing which we are fully qualified to carry out.

Gutter cleaning including on industrial buildings

We offer full gutter cleans and repairs on all industrial/commercial properties. We also carry out roof investigations whilst on site and provide reports with our findings to the customer.

Single ply systems - full roof and repairs

Single ply is a complete roof system. It is created from strong and flexible membranes composed predominantly of synthetic polymer. Single ply roofs have far fewer seems than asphaltic rolled roof systems and do not require torches or hot asphalt for installation.

Local University

The dome lights on one of the buildings roofs on the university was very damaged and causing leaks, we have removed and replaced the damaged dome lights with Xtralite triple skin diffused polycarbonate dome lights.
